It’s all about the money
As we had
already been to Geneva a couple of days ago as part of the UTD trip, this time
we went to a different part of the city. Misael joined us today since his
flight was leaving out of the airport here and the three of us walked all along
the river and enjoyed a very pleasant weather. Geneva is a very beautiful but
expensive city. We didn’t explore much of the city since we were all really
tired from the previous days. We tried to go to a restaurant but everything was
so expensive! Every course was around 30 or 40 francs. We ended up finding a
small Middle East place which sold food starting from 8 francs. The food was
really good but I preferred not to eat much and just wait for tomorrow’s
breakfast at the hostel. So far I’ve been impressed by how all the hostels
we’ve stayed in have been very safe and nice. People are really open and happy
to share stories or just have a pleasant conversation with a stranger. When
walking thru Geneva we found the park we went to a couple of days ago, and I
had the chance to play chess with a stranger. Although I lost I felt like it
was a good game, my father taught me how to and we used to play a lot many
years ago. Having the chance to play again brought back many nice memories from
my past which made me appreciate all the things I’ve been thru so far. Because
of this and since the trip is almost over I felt a little nostalgic but happy
because of all the experiences and knowledge I’ve gained so far. Not just
business knowledge but also all the things I’ve discovered about myself.
Playing with the panoramic function of the phone
I haven't posted a selfie in a while, this seems the right time (After seeing this pic I feel like I need to shave)
A small bridge we found with some locks in it, the locks made me remember Paris.
Enjoying the view!

Walking arround the Lake Leman, also known as Lake Geneva
I so envy the owner of that house, right in front of the lake!
A beach we found, it was nice to see the sunset from there.
Another shot of the Lake, simply amazing how
I know I've said this many times in this blog, but simply amazing!
I felt like every single place we sat was worth a picture
Waiting for our train for Nice!
